Are you noticing hip or knee pain during your yoga practice or fitness activities?
Join us to learn how to release common movement restrictions and stabilize the hips, knees and their surrounding joints.
We’ll also go over some positioning and technique cues that can help decrease and prevent hip and knee pain.
This is a hands-on workshop so wear comfortable clothes, bring your yoga mat and come ready to work!
Proceeds will be donated to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
This workshop is open both Vital Vibes members and non-members.
