Hip, Knee & Foot Pain Workshop

Hosted by Pure Barre Toledo!

Are hip, knee, or foot pain holding you back in workouts or runs? 

Join us to learn about where your pain could be coming from (some of the culprits may surprise you) along with mobility drills and corrective exercises that can help.  This is a hands-on, get-up-and-move workshop so wear comfortable clothes and come ready to work!

Proceeds will be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital - HOLD FAST Athlete, Jen Vickers, is raising money for St. Jude’s to earn her New York City Marathon bib this year! Her race is November 5th, 2023.
