Is pain slowing you down?  Join us to learn accessory exercises and mobility drills to help correct common causes of pain in runners, improve running mechanics, and help you stay on track with your training program. 

Planning to do your long run that morning? No problem. This will be a great way to recover! We’ll be focused on accessory work so feel free to bring your running shoes but come ready to challenge your mobility and stability to create efficiency and build resilience.
