Back and Wrist Pain Workshop

Are you noticing back or wrist pain during your yoga practice or fitness activities?

Join us to learn how to release common movement restrictions and stabilize the back, wrists and their surrounding joints.

We’ll also go over some positioning and technique cues that can help decrease and prevent back and wrist pain.

This is a hands-on workshop so wear comfortable clothes and come ready to work!
