Want to improve your squat depth? Is squatting painful? Join us for a workshop hosted by Steel River Crossfit (Pillar Fitness) in Rossford, OH where we’ll uncover and drill common mobility restrictions that can limit our squat depth. Then, we’ll try some stability exercises to help us maintain our mobility gains and work towards a pain-free squat! This is a hands-on event so please wear comfortable clothes, be prepared to be barefoot (or socks), and come ready to work!
