Are you experiencing shoulder pain, especially with overhead movements? Join us for a workshop where we’ll learn about shoulder overhead, rotational and t-spine mobility and stability. We’ll focus on the most common movement restrictions and instabilities that contribute to injury. This is a hands-on workshop where we will pre-test movements, perform mobility drills and corrective exercises, and re-test movements to look for changes or improvements so please wear comfortable clothes and come ready to work!
Proceeds will be donated to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
