Join us to learn accessory exercises and mobility drills to help correct common causes of pain in runners, improve running mechanics, and help you stay on track with your training program. This workshop is centered around accessory work so feel free to bring your running shoes but come ready to challenge your mobility and stability to create a more efficient stride.
