Join us to learn about where your pain could be coming from (some of the culprits may surprise you) along with modifications, mobility drills and corrective exercises that can help. This is a hands-on workshop so wear comfortable clothes and come ready to move! Feel free to take the class right before (it won’t be too much).
Proceeds will be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital - HOLD FAST Athlete, Jen Vickers, is raising money for St. Jude’s to earn her New York City Marathon bib this year! Her race is November 5th, 2023.
