Join us to learn where your pain could be coming from (some of the culprits may surprise you) along with mobility drills and corrective exercises that can help.
This is a hands on workshop so wear comfortable clothes and come ready to work.
Proceeds will be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. HOLD FAST and Pure Barre Athlete, Jen Vickers, is raising money for St. Jude’s to earn her New York City Marathon bib this year!
